Publishing Activity
Part of the results from the educational, scientific and research activity is being published in different publications of the Faculty. The Annual of the Faculty of Economics in Skopje has the longest tradition. It consists of articles on different economic issues and exists since the Faculty’s foundation in 1950.
The results from the educational, scientific and research activity of the Faculty are presented in different publications: books, articles, textbooks, workbooks, proceedings, monographs, and others. The major part of the publishing activities, the Faculty performs on its own but it also cooperates with other publishers in the country.
Research papers of members of the Faculty staff are presented in editions out of Faculty in Macedonia and abroad. Also, the Faculty of Economics published the third edition of the Bibliography of research papers from all actual and retired academic staff of the Faculty.
Publishing books, textbooks and workbooks for students of the undergraduate and postgraduate studies takes important place in publishing activity of the Faculty as well as publishing approved masters and doctors dissertations.
The publishing activity is a remarkable characteristic of the Faculty. The Faculty itself is a second publisher in the Republic of Macedonia with about 20 to 25 published books per year and first publisher in the area of economics and business.
